MANDATORY RULES IN MARPORT PORT AREAS

 

1. Persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter customs-bonded areas.

2. It is strictly forbidden to enter the customs-bonded areas with firearms, cutting and piercing tools.

3. After entrance to the Marport port area, persons must comply with the warnings of authorized persons and officers.

4. For vehicles, persons other than the driver must enter using the pedestrian entrance section.

5. In the port, it is mandatory to comply with the speed limit (20 km/h) and traffic rules. Exceeding the speed limit and violating traffic rules is subject to penalization.

6. Documents such as driver's license, license, SRC or ADR must be submitted, if so requested by Marport officials.

7. It is forbidden to leave a vehicle, except in the areas marked in yellow. In cases where it is necessary to get out of the vehicle, it is obligatory to wear Personal Protective Equipment (helmet, reflective vest and work shoes).

8. In the operation areas and docks inside the port, it is forbidden to wait outside the vehicle, to wash a vehicle, to sleep, to cook, to sit and to fish.

9. It is obligatory to comply with the warning signs and signs, traffic signs and the warnings of the security guards at the entrance to the port area and during the time spent in the area.

10. Vehicles should never be left in front of electrical panels, fire stations and equipment in port areas.

11. It is forbidden to enter the work areas and areas of the construction equipment, to pass under the suspended load and to approach the construction machinery more than 8 meters.

12. It is forbidden to walk around the port on foot, except in the areas designated as pedestrian lanes. Ring service vehicles allocated by Marport should be used for transfers. It is strictly forbidden to demand or pressure operators in attempts to use construction equipment as a means of transportation.

13. Due to the danger of falling into the sea, it is dangerous and forbidden to approach the quaysides.

14. It is forbidden to park the vehicles between the container stacks and leave vehicles that are outside the parking areas.

15. There are designated smoking areas in the operation area, thereby it is strictly forbidden to smoke and light a fire in the CFS area, warehouse and working areas.

16. It is forbidden to throw garbage into the sea. Garbage must be disposed of in accordance with garbage sorting rules.

17. It is forbidden to use alcohol and drugs in the business and/or enter the business while under the influence of these substances.

18. It is strictly forbidden to take photographs and record videos within the business.

19. Suspicious packages, accidents, fires, leaks and dangerous situations determined within the business must be reported to the nearest security officer, and the instructions of the security guard must be followed.

20. Persons within the operation area are obliged to comply with the above-mentioned warnings. Any contrary action will result in the person being removed from the operation area, and possibly banned from re-entering indefinitely.
